  1. What a beautiful post for me today..after losing my son thats one of the effects..directionless somedays…I have to plan the day on paper now and dedicate projects and what I want done in that day..I never used to be that way I just got stuff done..now it’s very different..

    1. Thank you for sharing Kerri it is very difficult to lose a child, but it sounds like you’re doing great. I find that writing things down often lead to greater clarity as well as solidifying intentions, clearing & organising my mind. Sometimes all we can do is go with the flow of the river so to speak, non resistance is key here, just by allowing things to be however they need to be eases our passage through life & we find ourselves flowing into grace however that appears.       1. Absolutely..Thank you for thise kind words…it really is about flowing..not allowing anything to get stuck but feeling and then releasing. Meditation I believe is key, for me laying in the earth and being barefoot and free grounds me and releases me all at once to the energy flow.
